Top Takeaways from NPGA’s Southeast Propane Expo

Our team just returned from an informative and productive weekend in Charlotte, North Carolina, at the National Propane Gas Association’s Southeast Propane Expo. It was a pleasure to spend quality time with our propane industry friends and partners, and I want to share some of the key takeaways from the weekend with you.

  • Propane is picking up even more momentum in 2025 because it’s a solution that’s available right here, today. With growing concerns about tariffs and access to resources outside of the U.S., propane stands out as a domestic resource that’s produced in America.
  • Propane companies are starting to operate trucks that run on propane, including their bobtails or cylinder delivery trucks. Click here to learn more about that.
  • Propane has really stepped up to support communities that have recently experienced extreme weather conditions. Those affected by hurricanes and flooding have been able to access propane because it’s a portable fuel that can be brought to any remote or affected area.
  • For marketers looking for a steady, year-round approach to gallon growth, working with your local school districts to adopt propane buses is a tried and true method.

We’re looking forward to seeing many of you at ACT Expo in Anaheim, California, on April 28!
