ROUSH CleanTech liquid propane autogas cargo van on display at innovative green technology exhibit
Michigan (January 26, 2011) — A ROUSHCleanTech liquid propane autogas-powered Ford E-350 cargo van will be on display at the Advanced Technology SuperHighway exhibit at the Washington Auto Show, January 28 to February 6 in Washington D.C.
Dejana, a key U.S. distributor for ROUSH CleanTech’s liquid propane autogas fuel system, will feature the van as a part of the exhibit. “We supply a lot of truck equipment to fleets and municipalities and have worked closely with them on their alternative fuel initiatives,” says Andy Dejana, vice president of Dejana Truck & Utility Equipment. “We are excited about the propane autogas technology and have found that it is simple, cost-effective, and a proven performer.”
The 65,000-square-foot Advanced Technology SuperHighway exhibit will present the latest automotive innovations in safety and sustainability, including propane autogas, electric, diesel, natural gas, advanced petroleum, biofuels, ethanol, hydrogen, and safety technologies. Consumers and legislators will have the opportunity to view alternative fuel vehicles, such as this propane autogas van, up close.
