This month, we celebrate the first anniversary of ROUSH CleanTech’s Field Operating System Service Cloud. Here’s why that benefits you.
The service cloud helps us analyze several key areas of vehicle repair process and measure improvement performance, such as:
- Vehicle down to vehicle diagnosed.
- Vehicle diagnosed to parts shipped.
- Part received to repair complete.
- Total repair time.
- Total time claim open to claim paid.
We’ve seen some significant improvements since the implementation one year ago, including:
Reduced total repair time. Since the deployment of the FOS Service Cloud, we’ve reduced repair time by 2.4 days. This means that our end users are getting their vehicle back into service more quickly. Kudos to our service centers for effectively managing the data input and repair process!
Decreased total claim time. We’ve decreased open to claim paid to 5.5 days, which means that our service partners are being paid faster. Kudos to our team members for getting you money back faster!
