Last month, the Propane Engine Fuel Summit brought together many leaders in the propane industry. A recurring theme throughout the summit was the importance of customer service. In addition to providing customer service through quality, cutting-edge propane autogas technology, we must offer support to our customers once vehicles have been purchased.
Last month at the NTEA Work Truck Show we hosted a free morning session for our partners attending the show. Dozens of Ford dealers, installers and technicians gathered at our Partners Sales & Training Program. I was happy to field the array of questions from our valued guests. The NTEA Work Truck Show is only a week away. ROUSH CleanTech will be there in full force, not only to showcase our technology on the trade show floor, but also to meet with you, our valued partner.
