Advanced Propane Training — Powered by ROUSH
Dear Partners of ROUSH CleanTech,
In 2016, we held 79 training sessions, taught at 226 locations and instructed 745 technicians about propane autogas. We want to exceed those numbers this year, and we’re starting off strong.
Our next propane training for Blue Bird technicians is coming in March. This advanced course will cover technical, service and diagnostics aspects of our propane-powered Vision school bus.
Hosted at our headquarters in Livonia, Michigan, this is a hands-on training class designed specifically for dealer technicians. The class is first-come, first-serve and limited to three technicians per dealer, with a maximum of 25 technicians. The class will be held March 7 – 8 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. on the first day and 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. the second day. If the first class fills up, a second class is scheduled for March 9 – 10.
You’ll learn how to diagnose fuel system faults and perform repairs on propane vehicles, how to disassemble and test fuel system components, propane shop safety information, and Ford IDS functionality. The agenda also includes a system overview, general diagnostic information and a tour of our manufacturing plant.
There is no cost to attend the training course, although all attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements and must be able to attend both days.
Please register now at EventBrite to secure your spot!
If you have any questions about this training, please contact me at 800.59.ROUSH or tom.hopkins@roush.com. Thanks for partnering with ROUSH CleanTech and we look forward to seeing you in March.
Sincerely,
Tom Hopkins
