A Time to Give Thanks to Our Partners
Dear Partners of ROUSH CleanTech,
As Thanksgiving approaches this week, we all can reflect on what we are thankful for — our family, friends, coworkers and partners.
At ROUSH CleanTech, we have so many great partners that I am thankful for. From the Blue Bird and Ford dealers that provide service support, to our installers and independent service centers, together we contribute to a fantastic product.
It’s because of our partnerships that we could expand our services. This year, we began moving toward dedicated phone support in field services. We are also changing our field model to include regional field technician support in an effort to better serve you, our valuable customers and partners. We’ve even hired more training staff and added more resources to better educate and support our valuable customers.
I hope that you have a happy Thanksgiving, and we’re thankful to have you as a partner.
