Understanding Propane Autogas Technology

In the upcoming weeks, we are offering many opportunities for you to learn more about our propane autogas fuel system technology firsthand.

Next week, we are hosting our first Propane Bobtail Spec Review at our headquarters in Livonia, Michigan.

At this event, you’ll learn about the innovative Ford F-650 bobtail with a 3,000-gallon barrel. We’ll also provide a complete chassis and vehicle review of all other Ford medium-duty offerings powered by autogas, including a preview for the new Ford F-650 / F-750 chassis.

You’ll hear from executives at Roush Enterprises, Ford and the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) about new Ford chassis specs, our service network and warranty support, propane projects funded by PERC, and more. The day ends with a tour of our state of the art manufacturing facility, including an overview of the processes, quality controls and traceability systems we have in place to accurately assemble our fuel systems.

And, join us next month at the American Public Transportation Association’s exposition in Houston. We’ll have a Ford E-450 paratransit shuttle bus equipped with a ROUSH CleanTech autogas fuel system on display. Look for it in El Dorado National’s Booth No. 3323 to see how they have customized the shuttle to meet the needs for transit agencies.
