If you’re experiencing problems with the ROUSH Diagnostic Tool (RDT), or receiving errors when trying to use the software, please exit the application and contact ROUSH CleanTech Customer Support at support@roushcleantech.com or 800.59.ROUSH .
When contacting customer support, please provide:
- A description of the specific issue experienced. Screenshots or pictures of the error message/issue are particularly helpful.
- The version of RDT that is being used. We would need the full number (i.e. 0.9.4)
- The VIN number of the vehicle being serviced.
- The pass-through device being used.
- The e-mail address you used to register RDT.
- Any work that has been done so far to try and correct the issue (install, delete, restart, etc.)
