Propane Autogas Service Centers on the Rise

At ROUSH CleanTech, we are leaders in alternative fuel system technology and work hard every day to put our customers first. We began developing our propane autogas fuel system in 2007 and over the last six years have focused a lot of time, effort and money on building a strong foundation centered on a quality product, a robust supply chain and excellent customer experience and post sales support. From 2009 through 2012 we sold a total of 2,100 units. In 2013 we will sell over 5,000 units. We expect to see this significant growth curve for many years to come.
In the past six months, we have seen a dramatic increase in interest from potential service partners on how to get involved in our program. From Inland Truck in Nebraska to Cypress Coast Ford in California to Ziems Ford in New Mexico, we have added 60 new service centers across the nation. More technicians are taking part in our web-based training to become authorized to maintain our full line of propane autogas powered vehicles. Our customers count on these trained specialists to keep our fuel systems operating at peak performance as these vehicles are a tool for them to meet their business objectives.
Not only is our base of service centers abundant, so is the fuel that powers our vehicles. More than 90 percent of U.S. propane supplies are produced domestically. Our great nation has so much propane supply that we’re actually exporting billions of gallons annually. Plus, with thousands of public fueling stations in the U.S., propane autogas is readily available.
